A new spring in our step…
We have added another Account Manager to our sales team who will predominately be generating new customers and clients in the Bath, Bristol, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Wales territory. David Grice brings a wealth of experience in corrugated and packaging. With our strategic growth plans, the current sales team remains the same and this is an additional resource required to meet our exciting targets for the future.
FSC® Certification
March 2019 saw our annual FSC® audit take place which we have successfully been granted FSC chain of custody certification. The auditor commented on our robust systems that will ensure that clients of ours who want FSC certified material can be assured that this will be the case. Seven of our customers in the year signed up for FSC certified boxes or packaging. With the well-publicised move away from single use plastics and plastic packaging in general, its also clear that businesses using cardboard are looking into ethical sourcing of cardboard even though it has the highest recycling rates in the UK of all packaging types
Production.
It has been an eventful period for change and looking at new processes. An evening shift has been running four days a week since the beginning of April which is giving us flexibility to react to our customers urgent requirements and ensures the company can meet the growing needs of our market place.
A new large format diecutting machine has been installed to cope with some of the more intricate and larger blank die cut work, along with providing quick set up options for some of our smaller production runs. It also provide support to our two main automatic diecutters.

Congratulations to our office manager, Angela Babington, on the arrival of her first grandchild! Little Aria arrived on Saturday 21st April 2019
