As the country moves into its second lockdown, we expect to be trading as normal through-out. Distancing and Covid-19 related policies remain in place and under continual review. We continue to discourage visitors to the site unless it is necessary to the business function, and meetings are taking place online by default as they have done since March 2020. Our sales and customer service teams are available through normal channels, and homeworking schemes are in place. Off-site visits need to go through a stringent sign off procedure. The safety of our staff, customers and suppliers remain top priority.

Should the tier system be reintroduced in December, we will review our policies again and it is likely that visits will only be sanctioned depending on location, tier ratings and exposure related issues. Visors and face coverings remain mandatory in our facility and social distancing guidelines are being followed; they have now become a standard feature of the work environment.
